It is our policy at Pembroke to make offers to the students we consider to be the most able from amongst those who apply, without considering financial circumstances or the ability to pay. No-one should turn down a place at Pembroke for lack of sufficient funding.
Tuition Fees
In 2011-12 the University and Colleges of Cambridge will be charging students tuition fees of £3,375 for all undergraduate degree courses. To pay your tuition fees you can either:
- take out a loan from the Student Loan Company (SLC) for the fees (these will be paid direct to Pembroke). Repayment of this loan is deferred until after you have graduated and are earning over £15,000 a year (this threshold may be increased) or,
- pay the full £3,375 fee direct to the College at the start of each academic year or,
- take a loan from the SLC to cover partial payment of your fees, with the remainder being paid directly by you.
