Excellence in Perpetuity

Pembroke has been very fortunate in having the support of its Members as it has tackled the challenges of providing a first-class educational environment. Over the years, that support has enabled the College to improve its facilities, widen access and stay in the top tier of Cambridge colleges.

Our endowment campaign Excellence in Perpetuity will help us to continue that mission. Although we can’t predict the future, increasing the endowment will let us remain flexible and meet the needs of future generations who live and study at Pembroke. In the face of increasingly fierce international competition for the best students and staff, we will be able to stay among the leaders.

A larger endowment will enable us to do two things: to increase the level of support for students and to increase the level of support for academic staff. Both of these are crucial to Pembroke’s success, and so they are our priorities for the new campaign.

Whatever the challenges coming our way, with a larger endowment Pembroke will be able to face the future with confidence. Excellence in perpetuity.
