The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness, which affects more and more of us in the UK. Loneliness was an issue that Jo Cox MP (1992) felt passionately about, having experienced it herself when she first came up to study at Cambridge. The Jo Cox Foundation has a number of resources on its website to help anyone experiencing loneliness find the best support possible.
