Professor Christoph Loch

Research Interests: Director of the Cambridge Judge Business School, Professor of Management studies. Professor Loch is German and has lived, in addition to Germany, in the US, France, Singapore, Sweden, and in the UK since August 2011. His research revolves around the operations of innovation: what do organisations need to do, every day, in order to repeatedly introduce new products or organisational innovations? This includes structures, strategy and its cascading, processes, incentives, but also culture and the motivation of professional individuals. Professor Loch has studied large organisations as well as star zips, and he serves on the board of an educational software startup company. He has published 70 articles and five books on innovation and manufacturing competitiveness.
