Master’s Office: looks after Master’s diverse interests and responsibilities within the College and in the wider business world.  Fellowship matters.

Tutorial Office: looks after current students’ academic, housing, financial and welfare issues.

College Recorder: records the life of the College for internal and external communications, including our website and social media profiles.

Bursar’s Office: responsible for the financial, administrative and legal operation of the College.  Oversees the provision of support services such as: Catering, Maintenance, the Porter’s Lodge, Housekeeping, Gardens and Sports facilities.

Admissions Office:  information on the application process for both graduates and undergraduates.

Alumni and Development Office: deals with keeping in touch with Old Members, fundraising and corporate relations.

Corporate Office: with Pembroke’s Corporate Partnership Programme, supporting our corporate partners to gain access to Cambridge knowledge and expertise.

International Programmes: for more details about Pembroke’s Study Abroad Programmes.

Finance Office:  the financial hub dealing with all the College’s financial matters.

Library: here you can find details of the building, its books, borrowing arrangements and opening hours.

IT Department: for all IT information and support.

Human Resources: for all staff employment related matters.

Catering:  catering arrangements for both College members and non-members planning to hold events in College.

Housekeeping: deals with day to day housekeeping and cleaning of College buildings and hostels.

Maintenance: deals with the upkeep and maintenance of all College buildings and hostels.

Porter’s Lodge:  first point of contact for visitors to the College.
