Evaluations of PKP

This programme has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only do you learn academically but culturally, emotionally and just about life in general. Everyone who works to help make PKP has exceeded my expectations. The bedders, porters, cooks and servers are all some of the kindest people that make you feel welcome and appreciated. The Programme Office is more than helpful and caring. They really honestly care about the students and their well being! The PAs are absolutely wonderful! I have been so impressed with their willingness to get to know and help us. Best PAs ever! I would recommend this program to everyone!

PKP did a great job and I have made life-long friends and this has definitely enriched my life experiences. In terms of academic excellence… I love the British educational experience - this was one of the highlights of the trip for me. I learned a lot about the culture, and really immersed myself in it. The excursion to Edinburgh was fantastic; it was there that I met some really great people and we all really opened up to one another. As for the Program Assistants, couldn't ask for better ones! They made the program very enjoyable.

NoneAbsolutely the best summer of my life. The combination of reasonably – but not arduously – serious academic work, copious socializing and meeting interesting people, free weekends for traveling, and the tremendous location (I’ve come to love Cambridge) really made for a perfect programme. I was very impressed with the administrative/ PA team and the level of planning and organization – it definitely exceeded expectations. Academics were as expected, Cambridge was phenomenal, the people were great – as were the formal halls and plenary lectures (and seminars with Sir Roger and Dr Dawson) – just a wonderful, wonderful programme. I wish I weren’t leaving in a week!

Absolutely loved the program. Thank you for all the hard work that you put into making our stay here enjoyable! Some of the best parts were the weekend trips, especially Scotland. These also made it easier for everyone in the program to get to know one another. The PAs were a lot of fun and did a good job of getting involved with the student activities and easily fit in with the students. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to others; it has been a life-changing experience.
