The Professors

Dr Nick Bullock is one of the best professors I have ever had

Tom Newbolt has forever changed my view on painting and drawing. So happy I got to learn from him. Amazing class and excellent teaching.

Dr. Kant was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed her lectures and discussions I had with her.

I loved Dr Yeats’ class! We covered a huge range of Shakespeare's plays and I always felt that lectures and seminars were well worth every minute. Another highlight was going to see Much Ado about Nothing as well as having an actor from The Globe come speak to us. That actor made Shakespeare come alive in a way I'd never appreciated before.

NoneI absolutely loved this history course. Professor Steinberg challenged us to think in a way I never had about history... absolutely phenomenal.

Dr. Oldfield is a fantastic lecturer. I also loved the opportunity we had to see some of the Gothic architecture around Cambridge and liked how he had us analyzing architecture within the first seminar. Great course.

Professor Mohaddes was EXCELLENT!!! Not only was he a great professor, but he was very approachable and accessible to the students, as well as being extremely friendly and funny. Was an absolute pleasure to take a course with Professor Mohaddes.

Dr. Boyson was phenomenal. This class was, absolutely, the most enjoyable class of the summer. I have a very good understanding of Romantic poetry and the entire enlightenment period as a whole. Superb class. Would recommend it to anyone.

I loved the math workshop!! Prof. Csanyi, Mate and Miklos were really helpful in learning a lot more about mathematics, and I feel like I learnt a lot about the way of thinking. The workshop was a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed taking it!

Professor Kerry was the BEST lecturer I have ever had.

Professor Freeman is a genius; his knowledge of philosophy is vast, and his teaching style is very Socratic. His presentation skills are amazing; he presents the class with information on the board, but adds onto that information from his own knowledge. Prof Freeman also gave good feedback and was very accessible via email. His course coverage was great, and the course load was fair. Overall, he is a great professor who is witty, but also understands his students well, and tries to teach us as much as possible, even though he knew it was a hard topic for anyone to grasp. He put up with his students and obviously loves teaching.
