Social Aspects

I wasn't expecting that there were going to be so many great social opportunities and cultural trips--I thought it was going to be strictly academic slave labor, so I appreciated the chances to unwind.

NoneThe activities planned were varied and fun. There was something for everyone. Much thought went into them, it was obvious. The trips to Scotland and London were great.

I loved traveling on the weekends, and I made so many really great friends. Overall, I loved the program and had the best summer yet.

The social cohesiveness of the program was one of the best aspects of PKP and made the summer very enjoyable. Really enjoyed all the trips and daily social events (e.g. punting, sports) as well as the formal halls.

I greatly enjoyed the range of activities offered and the many opportunities to know other students.

I expected the PAs to be stern authority figures with little involvement in our lives, but they ended up being some of my closest friends and an integral part of the program for me.
