Early arrivals
It is not possible to accommodate students before the official start date of the programme, so do not arrive before this date.

Changing accommodation after arrival
Changing your accommodation is difficult: it requires a compelling reason for changing, and the availability of an alternative room.

Guests
Guests are allowed to stay in your room for a maximum of two consecutive nights. If they plan to stay for longer than this then they will need to find alternative accommodation. You must inform the Programme Office and the Porters of the college you are staying at prior to your guest's arrival. Note that you may incur extra costs.
