Matriculation Matters
One of the most important part of freshers' week is the matriculation of our new students
During a ceremony in the Old Library, students are matriculated into the college and the university. Once matriculated, they are members of Pembroke for life, and have become part of our community and history. Now members of the university and of Pembroke, all new students gather for the Matriculation photograph. Matriculation is a formal event, and students wear gowns throughout. Below is a time-lapse video of this year's photograph:

Later in the day students can attend a matriculation service in Chapel followed by the formal matriculation dinner. A warm welcome to all new students, and best of luck with the year ahead!
