The arrangements for the day are usually as follows (timing details are provisional and may change slightly. Final detials will be posted in the Screens closer to the actual day):

- 1.45pm: Graduation photograph

Barham Dinner:
This will be held on the Tuesday of the week of General Admissions (Old Library, 7pm for 7.30pm, black tie) and is only for students who are graduating on the Thursday. Invitations will be sent out.
College Bills
Please ensure that you have paid your Easter term bill by Friday 5 June as you will not be allowed to graduate if you have any outstanding debts. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced.
Library
Books borrowed from the College or Faculty or University libraries must be returned before graduating. Failure to do so will prevent graduands from proceeding to take their degrees.
Dress
The dress code is very strictly enforced.
Relatives and Friends
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend lunch, the ceremony and afternoon tea. Please indicate on the reply slip which you will be sent with your Barham dinner invitation later this month the number of guests which will accompany you, and special dietary requirements of any members of your party.
Tickets are required for admission to the Senate House. Three guest tickets per Graduand have been provisionally reserved; there are a limited number of additional tickets which are available on a first-come-first-served basis. To ensure smooth operation of these arrangements, would you please:
- Indicate on List 1 on LL landing (outside the Tutor's Office, LL2) whether you require the three tickets provisionally reserved; if you have not done this by the end of Full Term (12 June), it will be assumed that you do not need them and they will be allocated to other graduands. Although it may not be possible to meet everybody's requirements, please indicate on the same list your preference for ground floor or upper gallery tickets.
- Indicate on List 2 if you would like an extra ticket, subject to availability. Only one additional ticket is available per graduand.
Tickets will not be issued in advance, but will be available for collection from the Porters' Lodge on the morning of the ceremony. Graduands should give tickets to guests before attending the briefing and attire check, as they will need to make their way to the Senate House independently.
