Friday 23 March

MA graduands staying in College are welcome to arrive any time after 2.00 pm. Please go to the Porter's Lodge on arrival to collect your room key and a letter outlining the arrangements for the dinner on Friday and the ceremony on Saturday. Guest tickets for the ceremony will be with this letter. (Graduands should give tickets to their guests before attending the briefing and attire check on Saturday, as guests will need to make their way to the Senate House independently.)

MA Dinner

The Master and Fellows have invited MA graduands to dinner on the Friday evening before the congregation.

• 7.30 pm pre-dinner drinks in the Fellows' Parlours, I and J Staircases
• 8.00 pm dinner in Hall

Dress - black tie (no gown)

Saturday 24 March

The timetable for the day is as follows:

• 9.45 am - attire check and briefing given by the Praelector in Hall. Please make sure you comply with the dress code.
• 11.25 am - gather for the procession to the Senate House.

Please note that guests will have to precede graduands to the Senate House, arriving not later than 11.35 am. Guests should be given their tickets before the briefing.

• 11.35 pm - ceremony at the Senate House.

Graduands leaving on Saturday need not to clear their rooms until 3.30 pm; those leaving on Sunday morning must vacate their room by 9.30 am.
