On Wednesday 22 January, Dr Peter Stern, a Senior Editor at the journal Science, will deliver a talk to the Ivory Tower Society describing Science‘s manuscript selection process.
Dr Stern’s areas of responsibility are cellular and molecular neurobiology, systems neurobiology, ion channels, electrophysiology, neurological diseases and neuropharmacology. This talk will provideinvaluable insight into how and why one of the world’s leading scientific journals chooses the papers it publishes, its the reasons for rejecting other papers.
