New College blog now launched

by Rachel Smith

Pembroke College has launched a new blog.

This blog is named in honour of our former College cat, Kit Smart. We hope that it will give you a view of College much like the one enjoyed by our cats; it aims to indulge your curiosity by allowing you to slink around corners, slip through half-open doors, hide under desks and gain a ‘cat’s eye view’ of daily life at Pembroke.

It will attempt to combine both anonymity and a range of personal reflections. It will cover both the world-changing research of our members and the quirky, entertaining anecdotes that unfold day by day. It will include interviews with the people who make up the Pembroke community: undergraduates, graduates, Fellows, staff, alumni and more.

The blog is currently published on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can find it at
