Dr Menna Clatworthy has been awarded an National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Professorship.
The NIHR Research Professorships funds academics with an outstanding record of clinical and applied health research to promote effective translation of research, and strength research leadership. Dr Clatworthy’s research is concerned with identifying biomarkers and mechanistic pathways to improve organ utilisation and kidney transplant outcomes.
