If you have an urgent problem, please contact the helpdesk via telephone 01223 (3)39804 or in person by visiting the IT helpdesk located in T basement.

Alternatively, to report any problems (or faults), a ticket can be submitted to the College IT helpdesk via this IT support request form or by emailing help@pem.cam.ac.uk

If you have any hardware or software issues with your personal devices, you are welcome to arrange a convenient time to bring them to the IT office (T Basement) for us to investigate or give further advice.

The Pembroke IT Helpdesk is located in T Basement and operates during these times - 

Monday:                       

9:00 - 11:30 

13:30 - 16:30

Tuesday - Thursday:       

9:00 - 12:00

13:30 - 16:30

Friday:                           

9:00 - 10:00 

11:00 - 12:00

13:30 - 14:00
