Regulations to the 2009 Statutes (RA10-RA13)

The following Regulations were made at the College Meeting of 3 March 2009 under the authority of Statute S2.4.

RA10 to RA13: Disciplinary Procedures

RA12 (1) Before the Master or other designated officer consults the Society to dismiss a member of academic staff, the President shall appoint an Appeal Panel in relation to a member of academic staff in question. The provisions of RA4.2 shall apply to its members.

(2) A member of the academic staff who wishes to appeal against a decision by the Master or designated officer to dismiss him or her shall inform the President within 10 working days of the notification of the decision.
