Regulations to the 2009 Statutes (R4.1)
The following Regulations were made at the College Meeting of 3 March 2009 under the authority of Statute S2.4.
R4.1 | (a) If the Master is satisfied that there is a prima facie case of a grave breach of discipline by a student, he or she shall convene a Student Disciplinary Panel. (b) The Student Disciplinary Panel shall receive such evidence as it considers necessary from the College Proctor and others. The student accused of grave indiscipline shall have the right to make oral and written submissions and to be accompanied by a person of his or her choosing. (c) Where the Panel wishes to recommend the suspension or expulsion of a student from membership of the College, it shall make a recommendation to the Society. At the meeting of the Society convened to consider this recommendation, the student shall have the right to make oral and written submissions and to be accompanied by a person of his or her choosing. |
