Ordinances to the 2009 Statutes (O8.5)
The following Ordinances were made at the College Meeting under the authority of Statute S2.3 on 3 March 2009.
O8.5 | Without prejudice to the continuance or establishment of other funds, there shall continue to be the following funds: A. The Tuition Fund (1) There shall be paid into the tuition fund fees fixed by the Society. (2) There shall be paid out of the fund the stipends of the educational staff, any pension contributions by the College in respect of those stipends, and such other educational expenditure as the Society may determine. (3) Tuition fees shall be such that the Fund is normally sufficient to meet the expenditure payable out of the Fund, but the Society may direct the payment into the Fund out of College revenue of any sums necessary to meet a deficit. B. The Scholarship Fund (1) The Society may direct the payment into the Scholarship Fund such sums out of College revenue as it may from time to time determine. (2) There shall be paid out of the Fund the emoluments of Scholars, exhibitioners, and graduate students. (3) The Society may make grants out of the fund to members of the College in statu pupillari for the purpose of research or the furtherance of their studies. |
