Please make sure your mail is clearly labelled 'Pembroke Cambridge Summer Programme'. Unfortunately we cannot hold mail for you before the start of the Programme.

Cambridge University e-mail address

Unfortunately it is not possible to give you a Cambridge University or Pembroke College e-mail address while on the programme. This means you will not have access to Raven log-in either.

Internet access

The College grounds, teaching rooms and your accommodation will have Wi-Fi access.

Computers and laptops

We strongly recommend you bring your own laptop as there is not on-site computer access.

Mobile phones

To find out if you can use your mobile phone in the UK you should check with your service provider. If your phone is unlocked before you arrive, it is cheapest to buy a SIM card with a 'pay as you go' plan.

This involves buying phone credit in advance, either at the phone shop located in the Lion Yard shopping centre, over the telephone, or at kiosks located in a variety of convenient locations.

Alternatively you could buy a cheap mobile phone in the UK with the SIM card if you want to use your own phone with your home SIM card as well or it is locked to a provider in your country.
