Spring Semester students reflect after first term at Pembroke

With supervision essays submitted and exams completed, we caught up with some of our Spring Semester students who have just finished their first term at Pembroke.

In January, we welcomed 43 students from leading US Universities and Colleges and as fully matriculated members of Pembroke and the University, our semester students have access to the full range of academic and non-academic facilities available to Cambridge undergraduates.

Taking advantage of this unique opportunity, our students are very active in College and University life. Whether rowing, volunteering, debating or performing in plays the semester students have thrown themselves into their study abroad experience. Our students also take papers in a range of subject areas including Political Science, History, Economics and Anthropology.

We spoke to Maddy Ducharme (Barnard College), Noah Hastings (Princeton University) and Katie Fink (University of Pennsylvania) about their first few months at Pembroke:
