Dr. Carl Henrik Ek is an Associate Professor in the Computer Lab. His research is focused on statistical learning. He is interested in building models that allows for principled treatment of uncertainty that provides interpretable handles to introduce strong prior knowledge. He has worked extensively on Bayesian non-parametrics in specific Gaussian processes.
