Transcript Requests

If you have studied on one of our programmes and you would like to request a transcript, please do the following:

• For Semester Programmes please email semester@pem.cam.ac.uk
• For the Online Summer Research Programme please email osrp@pem.cam.ac.uk
• For all other programmes please email ip@pem.cam.ac.uk

Please ensure you include the following information for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

• Your full name when you studied on the programme
• The name of the programme you studied on
• The year of the programme you studied on
• The names of the courses or papers you studied on the programme
• The email address to which you would like us to send your transcript

This is also so we can verify your identity and ensure we issue the correct transcript.

There is no charge for transcript requests and we will endeavour to send out transcripts within a week of the request.

If you have attended a programme that has finished in the last six months and you haven't yet received your transcript please be aware of the following:

We send transcripts either to you or to your home institution within a month of the end of the programme, depending how you have applied and where you study. If your home institution has an agreement with us then the transcript will be sent to them directly and your study abroad office will distribute them. If you have applied via a study abroad provider such as Arcadia, IFSA or IES Abroad they will also receive and distribute your transcript to you.
