Dr Justin Gerlach

Justin Gerlach is a biologist with research interests in island ecology and evolution and how these inform our understanding of how species may (or may not) adapt to the changing world. He has particular enthusiasms for the overlooked parts of biodiversity. He supervises first year Evolution & Behaviour and Physiology, and second year Evolution & Animal Diversity courses with a strong emphasis on helping students to become effective scientific communicators. He is Director of Studies in Biological Natural Sciences at Peterhouse.
