Dr Liz Andrews

After completing a PhD in 'The structure/Absorption relationship of Vitamin B12’ at the University of Surrey, Dr Andrews pursued research in both the USA and UK, including in the Genetics and Biochemistry departments at Cambridge.  Since then she has focussed on Undergraduate teaching, especially Medical, Veterinary and Natural science students.  Dr Andrews currently supervises first year Medical and Veterinary students for Molecules in Medical sciences for Pembroke and other colleges. She is also a lecturer for the Open University for Biochemistry, Human Biology and foundation science modules.  Dr Andrews has tutored students in Pharmacology at Masters level too. She has been involved in course development and Exam marking for Cambridge University and The Open University.
