I wish to apply for an enhanced bursary (min value £3,000) for my next year of study and believe I meet the following criteria (tick all boxes that are appropriate):

I am from a household with a household income of £25,000 per annum or less

I received free school meals while at school*

I am a care leaver (‘care leavers’ are defined as those who have been in care for at least 3 months)*

I have a disability causing particular financial needs whilst studying that are not met from other sources*
