Information for Fellows

Pembroke College offers a range of rooms suitable for meetings, seminars, lunches and dinners with capacity ranging from 10 to 170 (Hall). These rooms can be booked on the Room Management System using the casc link. From there, a further link is available directing you to some useful notes on the procedure and a form to book all catering and AV requirements.

You are most welcome to call in to the Catering office or contact the team at Catering requests to discuss your internal/associated University department and personal event requirements.

Note: The Hall is used every night in term time for Formal Hall and on other occasions for International Programmes and Weddings. If you wish to book the Hall please contact the Catering and Events Manager, Permission for use will be sought from the College meeting.
